Join us as an affiliate member of the provider Community. There is no cost. You don't have to be a patient or member of our hospital to search our physician-approved patient education library, leave comments, share with a friend, give us feedback or send us an email to learn more about our services. You decide what information you want and how you want to access the information - web, email, text message, or print. If you are currently or later become a patient/member, you will have also have access to other convenient non-clinical services like reminders as well as access to our secure patient electronic health records system. Affilate registration is easy - should take about 1 minute. Just choose a user name/password and provide a valid email address. Once you register, you may provide basic Profile information to insure that you receive relevant updates from us.
